With teachers and learners in crisis, we need new technologies and pedagogies to help us maintain our connection and creativity in math class. We’ll look at some of the ways math software separates us and several ways it can connect us, and help us flourish even now.

We all do parent satisfaction surveys but we are missing the point. Parent referrals and recommendations have the strongest influence on potential families. So what factors increases the likelihood of word of mouth - branding, service quality, satisfaction, social media? Take a deep into my research with me and find out why we are getting so much of it wrong and what we can do to fix it!
