The Impact of COVID Restrictions on Children with Special Educational Needs in the Early Years: Evidence from Educators' Perspectives in Hong Kong

As an early career researcher and practitioner, I would like to share my findings of a Hong Kong-based published study with educators on the impact of COVID-19 on children with special educational needs and how the pandemic posed challenges for vulnerable learners and also some of the benefits for a minority of children with technology-based learning.
