What is 21CL Live?

21CL Live has pivoted from being a week long conference to becoming a series of sessions that takes place all school year. Each of the sessions will take place and stream for free online via your favorite streaming channels. Subscribe now!

    I have to say, 21CL is by far the conference where I learn the most. Whatever the formula is keep it up! I do enjoy the fact that a lot of the sessions are focused on improving learning and teaching, and not just focused on tech tools.

    Thank you again for the amazing opportunity to be part of the 21CL Conference. The power of the keynote speakers and the energy in the sessions were refreshing, affirming, and impressive. After all the years of Covid and stress, it felt right to gather our thoughts about what matters for education now. 

     

     

    What made this conference so special was the level of personalization. Unlike conferences that are hosted at large hotels with carpeted conference rooms that look more like casinos than places that inspire creativity, 21CLHK was hosted AT an innovative school. This helped us relate all of the innovative strategies including AI, STEM, PBL, Gamification, etc. to how they might be used in classrooms and with students. As important to the workshops were the connections that stemmed from such a personalized conference. There were social networking hours, small coaching corners, and a conference hotel that had outdoor space that invited synergetic conversations and deeper connections. I will definitely be back again.

    From integrating AI into the classroom to recognising the masks students and teachers wear, 21CL taught participants that innovation can be manifested in many ways.

    The conference was really very good. Being with, meeting and networking with like-minded educators was very inspiring. The energy and the enthusiasm was infectious.I picked up things in each session that I will use to make adjustments to my teaching.

    I know that pulling together a conference like this takes hours of time and a lot of coordination. Thank you for putting on an excellent conference – I look forward to being able to attend another one in the future.

    My fourth 21CL and they are getting better all the time. I always leave with new ideas, new friendships, new energy that carries into my planning for the future. It’s my favorite PD event of the year every year!

    Wonderful job! It was very smooth with a lot of different session options. The keynote speakers were inspiring and really gave me a lot to think about.

    It was great to have our high school students involved in panels and attend the event.  They have lots of ideas to share with teachers, parents and middle school students. They see the same problems I have seen as the Secondary Tech Coach with how some of our teachers are using tech, but I’m hoping it will carry more weight with admin and teachers coming from them.
