This engaging workshop delves into a transformative approach to educational enhancement in the Middle School.

In STEM education, so much focus is put on execution techniques that we sometimes forget how great technologies first started – from wild, out-of-the-box daringness. I reignite this natural quality in students by engaging them in pitching projects, where students motivate their visions by pitching what they want to do, why they want to do it and how it can be possible.

This workshop will guide teachers in enhancing students' traditional art pieces with augmented reality (AR) using the Artivive app. Participants will learn how to create engaging AR experiences that complement their artwork, allowing them to explore the intersection of art and technology.

Together, we will reflect on our values and behaviors, deepen our understanding of the people we lead, and explore ways to accelerate productivity and amplify communication—ensuring a positive, resilient culture that holds steady in times of change.

A key first step in data analysis, whether in middle school or in grad school, is data visualization. Seeing data allows students to intuit the math involved with data analysis and builds the platform for learning statistics.

This session explores current findings in educational neuroscience and discusses how these findings translate into meaningful practice in "real-world" classrooms.

This session is a virtual hands on session where participants will be shown the basics of how to create a model in Tinkercad. The models can then be exported to a 3D printer or as a VR or AR element.
