In this session, Simon will review four leadership lessons from the pandemic,  how leaders had to adapt and what that means moving forward. Areas covered include:

• Learning – What did effective learning look like? As leaders who had never experienced distance learning as the norm what did this mean for us and our roles (shift from typical evaluation/ appraisal/ lesson observation systems)
• Links – Interdependence with communities and the global support for education
• Lucidity- clarity of thinking and communication, during a time of stress and pressure
• Love – looking after colleagues, students and yourself.
