This presentation aims to showcase the steps we have made towards equity, diversity and inclusivity initiatives in our school. This has so far been a two and a half year process and has needed to tackle many issues, both internal to the school and external.

This introductory session to Tynker will show you how fast Primary / Middle School students can get to grips with coding and create a multi level computer game.

In this presentation, I will discuss how I use transparency as a tool in my Grade 6 classroom to help build students' AIQ (AI Quotient - the ability to use AI for a variety of tasks) and build trust within my classroom.

In this engaging, hands-on workshop, educators will explore the power of imagery, empathy, and authentic dialogue to address key well-being issues.

This session will mainly focus on learning in the early years (3-7yrs) but will also contain a few examples for upper elementary. We will focus on ways we can deepen our students' learning by conferencing with them during their play, just as we do during literacy and math.
