This presentation, led by a seasoned educator with almost twenty years of experience across diverse international and local settings, will explore effective strategies for using AI to combat burnout, foster resilience, and engage in better self-care.

This workshop will explore a process using systems and design thinking fused and an appreciative inquiry approach to create conditions for school communities to thrive. This includes strategies to map the larger system in which you are trying to effect change; build generative and collaborative conversations; and move from reactive problem solving to co-creating the future.

The presentation focuses on describing an experience of co-teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic and long periods of online distance learning. It highlights student success in the area of literacy achieved despite the difficulties of social isolation and emphasizes how teachers' teamwork made a difference in the students' social-emotional well-being and academic progress.
