This engaging workshop delves into a transformative approach to educational enhancement in the Middle School. In this session, I will share our school’s journey of creating purposeful professional learning that taps into teachers’ sense of wonder and directly supports the school’s goals. As a group, we will explore the dynamic synergy between traditional evaluation processes and the collaborative power of teacher inquiry groups. By combining these two elements, we were able to support the school-wide goals in Middle School and cultivate a robust professional culture that fosters ownership an d community among educators.
