Whether you're a seasoned PE teacher or new to the field, this workshop will inspire you to bring more fun, engagement, and play into your physical education classes, helping students develop a lifelong passion for movement and fitness.
The session shares the framework, the instruments, and the teacher moves, adaptable to any classroom, and the systems the research produced: small classroom tools, a learning management system, an AI-maintained teaching vault, each showing its pedagogical logic where the feed hides its own, all shared free.
The session will also explore opportunities to increase book circulation, improve the usability of the library, create spaces that can support additional activities or potential income generation, and make sustainable furniture and shelving decisions that provide long-term value.
This session draws on the OECD's most current thinking on human flourishing in education, systems thinking from MIT, and years of coaching practice in schools.
This presentation offers a narrative-driven look at school change, and invites you to question anew the whys and hows of contemporary education.
