Nancy Lhoest-Squicciarini is Head of the ECIS Middle Leader Certificate and hosts the #ISLECISLoft which promotes unique insights into current issues that international educators are experiencing. She is a member of the International Association of Facilitators, which is a worldwide community promoting excellence in the use of professional group process facilitation to create engagement and impact. As a facilitator, Nancy has also provided training to international organisations including the Principals Training Center (PTC) and the Council of International Schools (CIS).

Nancy is one of the country leaders for @WomenEdLux, a global grassroots movement that connects aspiring and existing women leaders in education.

In 2022, ISC Research recognized Nancy as an #Edruptor, a highly rated social media influencer within international education.
