Being able to physically move around the room is no longer in a trainer’s toolkit. This session will focus on tools to invite and elevate the curiosity of the audience, promote active and balanced participation, develop virtual facilitation techniques for monitoring participants’ understanding and engagement and lastly, strategies to focus the energy of a group. In this presentation will will also talk about Heads, Hands and Heart approach to virtual facilitation to support school meetings, professional development, and parent seminars.
