The 21CL Library Connection (previously Library Mini-conference) is an annual gathering for the library community.
Featuring a collection of speakers from library thought leaders, guest authors and presentations from innovative teacher librarians, this is one professional learning event for librarians, by librarians that you shouldn’t miss.

2026 Keynote Speaker

Stacy Stephens

Director, The International Educator

Director, The International Educator. Stacy began serving in international schools in 2001. From Kuwait to Argentina, India, China and Malaysia Stacy has developed a strong skill set related to system-wide thinking, planning, and implementation. She has served as a Director of Learning for the past decade at the American School of New Delhi and at the International School of Beijing and the International School of Kuala Lumpur she also took the lead on Strategic Planning and implementation. She has a masters in Educational Leadership and substantial training and commitment to facilitative decision-making and leadership processes. She calls the West Coast of the US home and is happy anywhere in Washington, Oregon, or California where all of her family and friends live.

Stacy has partnered with Inspire Citizen to develop a media framework and is seeking librarians’ input. She will explore how to understand it, apply it within your school’s context and standards, and take meaningful action in your library program.
