A passionate art educator, who has taught internationally for 28 years in Italy, Hong Kong and Vietnam. Vicki’s Master of Arts in Art Education Capstone research into social-emotional learning through the art process has inspired her continued focus on well-being and SEL. Following many years as an Elementary school educator, she currently collaborates with Wild at Art Studios, Hong Kong, facilitating workshops for both adults and young people to explore personal expression and well-being through art-making.

Are you interested in art for well-being, for processing emotions, developing a sense of calm or for helping students transition to new activities and spaces? I will share some short "brain break" type activities, therapeutic exercises, and well-being strategies that you can use for the most part with minimal time and basic resources.
