Mind the Gap – Leveraging Design Thinking to Fill Operational Cracks, Inviting Enhanced Innovation in Teaching and Learning

This workshop will be hands-on based on Stanford d.school’s innovation model. Participants will bring a real-world challenge and we will work together to consider how to leverage organizational resources to develop several potential solutions for implementing change. Participants will consider how they can follow up to gather data to clearly demonstrate outcomes. By applying this process to operational issues, the concepts can be replicated and time and energy can be repurposed toward your mission, vision, and professional passions.
