Ready to go all-in with LEGO® Serious Play® training as a Certified Facilitator?

This is an intensive 2-day LEGO Serious Play training workshop where you’ll learn the advanced techniques to playfully wrangle problems, deepen communication, increase team buy-in and bring out your people’s creative, innovative best. All with the power of LEGO® Serious Play®.

This 2-day program thinks big.

It is an intensive, coached and mentored process with a small group. we give you everything you need to succeed in bringing LEGO Serious Play (LSP) to your organisation and maximising it’s impact:

  • The research history, science, and theory behind the method
  • Templates to design a range of powerful LSP sessions
  • Practice & coaching on delivering LSP sessions
  • Creative ways to capture session output (not a huge thing in traditional LSP)
  • Established uses for LSP (Individual, team, organisation)
  • Innovative new uses for LSP (customise it for how you’ll use it)
  • Strategies to turn important stakeholders into advocates
  • How to think about creating and curating your LEGO Serious Play kits
  • Introduction and connection to the worldwide LSP community

Ongoing Support

The deep end is a great place to learn, but we all need a bit of help with new things.I want to see you succeed, so training comes with lifetime followup support.

  • Nervous about your first sessions? Check in for feedback on your plans.
  • Had a tricky group to work with? It happens. Set up a call to debrief.
  • Got big ideas to take the method further? Great! Me too. Reach out.

Why Train with Joel?

There’s a number of LEGO Serious Play training programs for facilitators around the world. Here are some of the things that are unique to a LSP Method Partner Training:

  • A small group, coached experience (maximum 8 participants)
  • A course customised to your needs, with time to work on your unique situation under guidance
  • A mentor that works full time with LEGO Serious Play, in client sessions and training others in the method.
  • Unlimited followup support after the course (Seriously, hound me all you want.)
  • Access to a LSP online course to review material in an easy, bite-sized video format.
  • Training in the entire method so you can go forth and make it your own.

In this course, I’ll train you in the entire method so that you can step out and confidently facilitate LEGO Serious Play workshops, no matter what the situation throws at you. We take two days to dive deep into that, so that you can take it away and apply it in the real world, with real challenges in your real setting.

That said, your understanding, application, and expression of the LEGO Serious Play method will take on a character and a life of its own, so it’s important to choose a training partner that fits what you want from that learning experience.
