Robb is an international educator whose journey has taken him from Taiwan to Seattle, Shanghai, Dubai, and now Amman, Jordan. Having previously taught English, Philosophy, PE, and now DT, Robb is fascinated by the meaning that is created through the intersection and overlap of disciplines, ideas, and experiences.

He is currently teaching Middle School Design Tech at ACS Amman, and has had the opportunity to re-envision their MS Maker Space and DT Program to be more student-centered, project-driven, and intentionally focused. More than anything, he wants to kindle within his students the confidence and competence to be able to view the world with constructively critical eyes, nurture the belief that they can make a real difference in their world, and then equip them to do so.

If Robb isn’t out playing with his two kids or talking shop with his wife (also a STEAM educator in the ES), you will probably find him playing soccer, gaming, or out back making something.
