Piesesha Hartiyana S.Pd., M.M. is the Early Childhood Research and Development Coordinator at the Training, Research, and Development Department of Redea Institute, Indonesia. Beyond her primary focus on early childhood education, she also plays a key role in developing the Essential Life Skills Assessment System and the Language Arts and Visual Arts Curriculum. Hartiyana began her career as a Kindergarten and Preschool teacher, accumulating three years of classroom experience before advancing to a mentor teacher role and ultimately joining her current department.
