Piesesha Hartiyana, Early Childhood Research and Development Coordinator at the Redea Institute, Indonesia, is a contributing author to Life Skills for All Learners: How to Teach, Assess, and Report Education’s New Essentials. Co-authored with Antarina Amir (Redea Institute) and Dr. Thomas Guskey (University of Kentucky), the book aims to address the global achievement gap between workforce needs and graduate quality. It provides a detailed guide for developing, assessing, and reporting eight essential life skills—meta-level reflection, expert thinking, creativity and innovation, adaptability and agility, audience-centered communication, synergistic collaboration, empathetic social skills, and ethical leadership—for students from preschool through high school.
