Natasha Francis

Lower Primary English Coordinator, Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science

Natasha is an experienced ESL and early years teacher. She taught English as a foreign/second language in the UK, prior to coming to China, in both voluntary capacity (for the Multicultural Resource Centre Belfast and various refugee support programmes) as well as in residential summers schools in England. She has also worked as a freelance facilitator in global education in Northern Ireland. Natasha has been working in China for the past 11 years, mostly in kindergartens and bilingual schools. She holds a master’s degree in early years education and a CELTA She is a firm believer in bringing up multilingual children with pluricultural competencies which is one of the reasons she and her husband Mark decided to bring their own children to experience life in China.
