Liam is a dynamic and passionate leader of pedagogy, with a proven ability to drive forward teaching and learning and whole school change. Possessing high levels of both teaching and leadership experience, Liam is now the Lead Teacher for Innovation at Kellett School in Hong Kong. Working closely with colleagues across the Kellett network, he developed a whole school philosophy of innovation informed by best teaching practices, authentic integration of technology and 21st Century Skill acquisition.

Over the past 10 years Liam has worked in PYP and British International Schools in Hong Kong. He is passionate about transdisciplinary learning, inquiry and conceptual development and this is echoed in his philosophy of education and innovation. Liam has presented at local conferences across Hong Kong, reaching a wide community of educators.
