Heather is an international educator and innovator currently based in South Korea. Her goal as a leader is to create impact by leading and building capacity in others, while simultaneously building sustainable systems & practices. Having earned an MBA in Business Analytics, Heather applies lean management strategies and data analytics to create programs, learning spaces, and experiences. She has also worked in Vietnam, India, Pakistan, and Morocco in the areas of English language arts, school leadership, teaching training, and curriculum development.
