Dylan Compton is a STEAM and Curriculum Coordinator at NovaLearn, an innovative ed-tech company dedicated to transforming education through STEAM, tech education, and dynamic school management solutions.

Drawing on his teaching experience in the international school setting as well as U.S. public and charter systems, Dylan combines pedagogical expertise with a passion for hands-on, creative learning. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Art Education, he designs programs that build creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and digital fluency.

In his role at NovaLearn, Dylan develops forward-thinking STEAM and AI + Digital Literacy curricula that equip learners with the essential skills to thrive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Working with school leaders, he provides consultation, training, and ongoing support to tailor NovaLearn’s solutions to each institution’s unique goals.
