Dave’s outdoor learning career started in the UK, but he really learnt his trade working in Hong Kong where he now calls home. Working in the outdoor education field, he has always appreciated the experiences it has given him and the chance to help young people discover their own potential. He is currently the Head of Outdoor and Experiential Learning at ICHK Secondary where he helps others to use the outdoors to enhance their students understanding and awareness of themselves, others and the world around them as much as possible. Recently completing a Masters in Outdoor Education, Dave is applying his experience more broadly as a co-founder of the HK Outdoor Learning Association developing a high-quality, safer outdoor learning sector for Hong Kong.
