Claire Palmer is Librarian at International College Hong Kong where she is committed to providing an exciting, dynamic and inclusive school library service that supports students’ academic journeys, their personal growth as individuals and their well-being.

Claire has over 25 years of experience in library management, having worked in corporate libraries, charitable institutions and school libraries in both the UK and Hong Kong. She has lectured in school librarianship at degree and postgraduate levels. Claire has a degree in English Literature and Philosophy and a master’s degree in Library and Information Management. She is a member of ALESS Hong Kong and also has professional Chartership from CILIP, the UK library and information association.
