Antarina Amir, co-authored Life Skills for All Learners: How to Teach, Assess, and Report Education’s New Essentials with Dr. Thomas Guskey (University of Kentucky). This book, with contributions from several authors, addresses the urgent need to equip students with essential life skills to navigate the changes and challenges of our dynamic world, tackling the global gap between workforce needs and graduate quality. It provides a comprehensive guide for developing, assessing, and reporting eight key life skills for students from preschool through high school: meta-level reflection, expert thinking, creativity and innovation, adaptability and agility, audience-centered communication, synergistic collaboration, empathetic social skills, and ethical leadership. Amir is the Founder and CEO of The Redea Institute, Indonesia, which oversees the HighScope Indonesia school network, comprised of 15 schools across various provinces and islands.
