Antarina SF Amir, S.E., M.Sc, MBA is the Founder and President of HighScope Indonesia School and Redea Institute. Graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and as an educator in the University of Indonesia, she is strongly passionate about improving education in Indonesia. She believes that education should put a great emphasis on what is best for the children. On this notion, she first established the HighScope Early Childhood Education Program in 1996 in Jakarta, Indonesia. Years later, after numerous literature studies, consultation with experts, lots of school visits in the US and other countries, as well as continuous learning from education conferences, she spread her wings to develop the K12 program based on her belief of what the school should be focusing on. She aims to develop an education system that creates self-regulated leaders, equipped with the necessary skills to be successful and thrive in their futures.
