Claire Peet taught in the UK for 10 years before moving to Hong Kong to join an international school in 2017. In the UK she worked for a 1st percentile comprehensive school, where continuous school improvement and a drive for progress underpinned a legacy of outstanding Ofsted rankings and national acclaim. Inspired by a fearless school leadership team who were unapologetic in its ambition and drive, she began to formulate her educational values and philosophy. Leading during times of change and uncertainty became her area of focus and expertise as she seized opportunities to steer other schools within the trust out of ‘special measures’. Her passion for school improvement and transformation remains at the heart of her work to this day.
