Scaffolding to Increase Student Access and Independence

In this presentation teachers will develop their understanding of a small set of scaffolding strategies. Scaffolding is a great way to ensure that instruction is effective and responsive to individual students. It can address a variety of needs and can even be used to create extension opportunities. Both pre-planned and “on the fly” strategies for scaffolding tasks will be discussed.
