Professional Development for teaching staff is usually a norm for most schools to support student learning. What about the training for non-teaching staff? Without support from our site staff, IT staff, receptionist and office staff, it is hard to imagine how a school can operate. In this session, the benefit, challenges and opportunities of providing professional learning opportunities. Hopefully, this will generate more interest in investing in this high impact area for school development.
