Now more than ever, teaching mindfulness in the classroom is a necessity. Our lives are busy, and we often find our thoughts buzzing over the past or worrying about the future. We need mindfulness because it teaches us to live in the present moment, enjoying and experiencing what’s in front of us.
Make mindfulness a part of classroom learning by integrating it into curriculum-themed activities through exercises in breathing, sensory experience, guided imagery, and movement. Join this workshop filled with practical ideas that include the following

6. How to set up calming corners in the class/home
7. Teacher’s Toolbox of Mindfulness PROPS ( they come up with their own for session two )
