In this hour-long session, Vince Siu, Founder and CEO of Press Start Academy, will be sharing simple tips and tricks to create your very own fun, compelling, hands-on and interactive learning experiences for your students, as well as understand just why these strategies work so well.

Vince will show a glimpse behind the scenes at how we build fun first before we build everything else, through designing student-led, narrative-driven curriculum and repurposing game mechanics, platforms and games themselves into immersive learning experiences that encourage exploration and develop mastery.

We’ll be aided by case studies from Press Start Academy’s portfolio of unique and innovative hybrid learning programs with its school partners, and supported by a collection of concepts and theories adjacent to gamification and learning through play.
