We often talk about leadership as a set of strategies, values, and responsibilities. But we rarely talk about what leadership demands from our bodies and minds—or what it costs when we ignore them.
This session takes a hard and honest look at how mental and physical wellbeing are inseparable from authentic leadership.
Through personal reflection, candid storytelling, and practical insights, we’ll explore:
• How unprocessed leadership stress shows up in our habits, health, and relationships
• The masks we wear to hide burnout, misalignment, or insecurity
• Why self-sacrifice is celebrated in leadership—but slowly erodes our effectiveness
• How our bodies often reveal the truth before our minds do
• Practical ways to recalibrate our values, routines, and leadership presence
This isn’t a wellness talk or a leadership 101. It’s a real conversation about how the disconnect between who we are and how we lead can hurt us—and how reconnecting with our health can rebuild not just our resilience, but our integrity as leaders.
