Dr. Stribbell has built numerous international schools in SE Asia. Currently, Dr. As the Founder of Hive Schools International, he oversees several international schools, including The International School of Macao (TIS), Canadian International School of Phnom Penh (CISP), Lighthouse International School and British Columbia International School of Bangkok (BCISB). His leadership extends to the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Macau, where he serves as President, and he founded the Canadian Overseas Schools Association (COSA) and serves as the Chief Learning Officer for 21st Century Learning. Committed to building educational ecosystems, his research interests include leadership, technology, and building strong teams.

He has also owned an MMA gym and had multiple boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA competitions.
