As we looked for a way to embed design thinking into the curriculum, we began developing a space for students to design, build and make. Our goal was to have a safe environment that allowed students to work with independence. We set up safety protocols that allow for student independence when building their prototypes. Join me as I share the journey of how we are developing our Studio 4 space with safety and independence as a focus.
