This session will equip school leaders and staff to understand and facilitate a process called appreciative inquiry using systems and design thinking to create conditions for school communities to thrive.
This includes strategies to acknowledge the system in which you are trying to effect change; build generative and collaborative conversations; and move from reactive problem solving to co-creating the future.
This approach which has been trialed with leaders and schools across the world, has demonstrated sustainable and energising growth. If you are seeking to kick start authentic systems change, or to deepen your efforts to embed well-being science within the fabric of your school community, this workshop will help develop your and your schools capacity for systems leadership to do so. It will challenge your thinking and provide an effective tool that you can utilise in your own context to co-evolve towards thriving.
