No matter where you are in your coaching journey, either personally or collectively, this workshop is for anyone who hopes to continually advance coaching at their school. Particularly impactful for leaders of professional learning, curriculum coordinators, instructional coaches, digital learning/technology coaches, or subject-specific coaches and coordinators, we will examine the essential conditions that make coaching work. We will co-construct our understanding through analysis of shared experiences, and exploration of coaching resources, frameworks and research. Participants can expect to leave with a sharper focus and clearer direction for advancing coaching culture, and coaching practice, at their school.

Note: This workshop is designed as a continuous learning experience across Part 1 and Part 2, with a coffee break in between. To get the full benefit, attendance at both parts is recommended, as the content builds upon itself.
