Building a Collaborative Library Team

Are you fortunate enough to work alongside other librarians or library assistants in your school? Sharing the load can be both a blessing and a challenge—especially when team members have different priorities or perspectives and training. In this workshop, we’ll explore strategies to foster collaboration, build a strong library team, and maximize each team member’s strengths. From creating clear roles and responsibilities to setting library-specific goals, we will share about our journeys as we try to build thriving team cultures.
