Tim Evans is the Learning Technologies & Data Coordinator at the American International School of Guangzhou, where he leads whole-school strategy in digital learning, innovation, and data-informed decision-making. An Apple Distinguished Educator (Class of 2019), Tim is recognised for his ability to connect pedagogy, technology, and systems thinking to build sustainable digital cultures in schools.

Originally from Wales, Tim has led digital transformation across diverse international contexts — including the UK, Spain, Hong Kong, and the UAE — supporting schools to design coherent, purposeful approaches to technology integration. His work focuses on empowering educators and leaders to navigate change confidently, communicate vision clearly, and create environments where innovation can thrive.
