I spent eight years in Austin, Texas, as a teacher and Instructional Coach before moving to Abu Dhabi to teach Science to native Arabic speakers. Later, I joined Khan Lab School in California—founded by Khan Academy—as a Project-Based Learning Advisor, supporting innovative, inquiry-driven instruction. My path then led me to Hawai‘i, where I spent five years teaching and serving as an Education Consultant on Maui and the Big Island. After returning to the UAE to teach in Dubai, I eventually landed in beautiful Chiang Mai, where I am now in my second year as the PreK–8 Instructional Coach at Chiang Mai International School (CMIS).
I’m passionate about STEM, project-based learning, and instructional coaching, and I believe that education should be creative, challenging, and fun—for both students and teachers.
