Patrick has held senior leadership positions in international schools since 2006 in the United States and in some of Asia’s most respected international schools, including the International School of Beijing, Hong Kong International School and United World College of South-East Asia.

Patrick serves as a speaker, leadership consultant and associate for Encompass Safeguarding and an associate and speaker representing Global Philanthropic. He has consulted with school Boards on topics such as effective governance in schools, developing meaningful guiding statements, and crisis preparedness and response. Patrick also offers pro bono coaching to current and aspiring school leaders.
