Matthew Lee

Vice-President (Development and External Relations) and Chair Professor of Information Systems and E-Commerce, City University of Hong Kong.

Professor Lee is a leading researcher in ICT based innovation adoption and diffusion, knowledge management, electronic commerce, and online social networks. His research focuses on user behavior from a psychological and marketing perspective. His recent work focuses on cyber addiction and other negative consequences of ICT use. Professor Lee has published over 100 articles in leading research journals and is the highest cited professor at the College of Business at CityU, with citations exceeding 25,000 and an h-index of 68.

Professor Lee is leading the parent education program of the CoolThink@JC program, aiming to bring computation thinking education into the mainstream for all primary schools in Hong Kong SAR, China.
