With over 15 years of experience in international education, Jancey has served as an IB English Teacher, Professional Learning Coach, Director of Professional Development, and Academic Coordinator. She is deeply passionate about reimagining professional learning to ensure it is purposeful, collaborative, and impactful—empowering educators to transform new insights into authentic classroom practice and school-wide initiatives.

Jancey has witnessed firsthand how a well-designed professional learning programme can elevate both student achievement and school culture. Beyond her work in schools, she is a regular presenter and workshop leader at international conferences, where she values the opportunity to connect with fellow educators and exchange innovative strategies that inspire growth across learning communities.
