Performing Arts Learning Designer, VERSO International School

Graham, originally from the UK, began his musical and creative arts journey on the drums at school. He progressed to playing in rock, jazz, and funk bands, touring around Europe during the ’90s. As his interests developed to include electronic music production, he was fortunate to work with experienced professionals who mentored him through the artistic process. For the past 20 years, Graham has been an International Educator specializing in ib PYPx. A few years ago, he combined his passion for music, love of tech, and desire to empower through education. His mission has been to make Performing Arts fun and compelling, inspiring every student to discover themselves, building self-confidence and identity through Performing Arts. In March 2020, Graham was honored to be invited to a PYP school in Melbourne to share his enthusiasm for a more cutting-edge way of teaching and learning Performing Arts. In 2020, he was offered the opportunity to design and implement a Performing Arts Program across the Primary and Secondary levels of a brand new school, which he accepted. Currently in his third year of this fascinating journey, Graham’s goal is to instill a lifelong love of creativity & skillsets that are dynamic, transferrable and future-ready.
