Dr. Gary Guo is the Director of the Bilingual Programme at St. Joseph’s Institution International (SJII). He holds overall strategic and operational responsibility for bilingual education across SJII Preschool, SJII Elementary School, and SJII High School.

Dr. Guo’s academic foundation includes Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Education from the University of Hong Kong, where his specialization focused on Chinese language pedagogy, curriculum design, bilingual programme evaluation, and language development assessment. With extensive experience teaching and holding management roles in international schools across Mainland China, Singapore, and South Korea, he possesses deep familiarity with diverse curriculum systems and pedagogical models.

Dr. Guo further leverages his expertise within the IB Organization, serving as an examiner, workshop leader, and standardisation team member, underscoring his significant influence and commitment to high-quality international education standards.
