Alison Tanker
Alison Tanker has 18 years of experience advancing innovative models for social change in education reform, international development, and female empowerment. She is the Managing Director of International Programs at Minerva Baccalaureate, where she leads global efforts to accelerate the shift to skills-based, interdisciplinary learning that prepares students to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Previously, she led global initiatives at the Korda Institute for Teaching, scaling a transformative teaching method across 33 countries. Alison also founded an organization for young female changemakers, served as a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum, taught entrepreneurship at Hawken School, and supported the growth of social enterprises with Ashoka Fellows, Bono, and Richard Branson. Her global experience spans the U.S., Latin America, the Caribbean, sub-Saharan Africa, and Asia.
