School leaders can easily lose connection to the heart of their work—learning. This session explores how principals can lead the learning through classroom visibility, growth-focused feedback, and reciprocal accountability. Participants will examine the philosophical necessities of classroom observation and feedback systems,  practical ways to embed observations into schedules, feedback that builds capacity, and systems that sustain trust and growth. Participants will leave with greater clarity on the purposes and requirements for observational systems and a renewed sense of purpose as leaders of learning who transform visibility into meaningful impact.
