Making Your Own Table

Leadership Diversity & Social Justice Wellness - Personal
May 2023 - 21CLBKK

The presentation will focus on the importance of female leadership and the unique perspectives that can be brought to the table by women in leadership roles. It will be a combination of the story of She Leads Edu, from a silo to a sisterhood of sponsors, and a panel discussion featuring leaders–women who have successfully navigated the challenges they faced in their careers and men who understand and act on the importance of having women in leadership roles. The panel will discuss their experiences, the impact of their leadership, and any advice they can offer to those who seek to amplify women in education. The presentation would be designed to inspire, educate, and connect all women who aspire to leadership roles.
