What is dyscalculia? This workshop will provide an introductory overview of the current understanding in both theory and practice of supporting individuals with Dyscalculia and Maths Learning Difficulties. We hear a lot about multisensory strategies but what is it and why? Suggestions for practical strategies and hands on activities to develop number sense and foundational concepts such as place value will be discussed.
