From libraries in rural Bali and the Philippines, to helping build a teacher training program for refugee schools in Kuala Lumpur, I made some spectacular mistakes and had a few shining successes in my time as ES Librarian and Service & Sustainability Coordinator. Let me share some lessons so you can have more of the latter and fewer of the former!
