This session will explore how schools and classroom teachers can work together to support students through the academic demands they face, while prioritizing their well-being. The presenter will share their experience of developing a pastoral model at International College Hong Kong, the 5+1 model, which facilitates this at their school. By engaging participants in a series of interactive activities, the presenter aims to provide the audience with some takeaways around the question, “Is there a formula for a “happy and productive” school?”
