This presentation invites all educators to rethink the culture of perfection and results-driven learning. By revisiting amateurism, the idea of engaging in an activity for the love of it, we will explore how teaching can move beyond external standards and competition and foster environments where students find joy, creativity, and intrinsic motivation in their learning.
