Empowering your school community to recognize, respond, and connect to life-saving support

In just four hours, LivingWorks safeTALK helps staff, educators, and caring adults learn to recognize when someone may be thinking about suicide and find the right words and actions to connect them to help.

safeTALK-trained individuals form the first layer of your school’s Network of Safety: people who notice signs of distress early, start a caring conversation, and ensure that no cry for help goes unheard.

This workshop is highly practical and empowering. Participants don’t need counseling expertise, just a willingness to care and a few hours of time that could save a life.

Classroom teachers, PE and music teachers, librarians are all encouraged to be safeTALK-trained
